Paul Rozo
Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Rozo is a founding partner of PRMG, with a diverse background extending over 20 years in the Mortgage Banking Industry. Mr. Rozo provides unparalleled leadership and oversees all facets of the company.

Over the last 10 years, Mr. Rozo hands on experience along with his resilience and unrelenting will has enabled PRMG to navigate through uncharted waters during the most difficult times in the history of mortgage banking. It was during these tumultuous times Mr. Rozo realized the opportunities to be leveraged creating the “perfect storm” to build PRMG into the formidable company that now produces well over $2 billion in annual production.

Furthermore, Mr. Rozo has been a true advocate of the wholesale channel while championing the mortgage broker community by providing financial support and assistance along with continued education and training via the proprietary PRMG Campus program.

Along with his partner Robert Holliday, Mr. Rozo has cultivated a company culture that has allowed PRMG to attract, employ, and retain some of the best people in the mortgage business today.

Mr. Rozo is a graduate of MBA - School of Mortgage Banking; and majored in Real Estate Finance / Business Administration at Cal State University Long Beach.

On a personal level, Mr. Rozo enjoys daily physical fitness, which he attributes to keeping both mind and body in perfect harmony and balance.

Most important, Mr. Rozo is a sportsman who loves the ocean and enjoys spending time with his lovely wife Christy and two children Bianca and Andrew, cruising and fishing along the California and Baja coast.


Robert Holliday
Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Holliday is a co-founding partner of PRMG, and has well over 20 years experience in the Mortgage Banking Industry including, Loan Origination, Operations, Underwriting, and Production.

Mr. Holliday oversees all daily operations at PRMG. Mr. Holliday has helped build a strong operational structure and platform second to none in the mortgage industry. His expertise lends an in-depth understanding of all processes tied to originating, underwriting, funding, shipping, accounting, profitability, staffing, and third party originations. He maintains that enforcing both policy and procedure, has thus enabled PRMG to focus on production without compromising the integrity of their loan quality for both retail and wholesale branches originating FNMA/FHLMC, FHA and VA loans.

Both Mr. Holliday and Mr. Rozo, adopt the well earned philosophy “Built by Originators for Originators”. Both have been in the trenches, and therefore, both have developed a full-working knowledge and understanding of how and what it takes to make and sustain a successful mortgage business in today’s market.

Anyone who knows Mr. Holliday will tell you he is a people person, and greets all those he comes into contact with a smile. Like his partner Mr. Rozo, Mr. Holliday has helped nurture a symbiotic work environment at PRMG that allows executive level management to be accessible and involved with their teams and the overall work flow process. It is this unique style of management that not only allows them to stay well connected to their employees and teams, but transcends to their business partners as well.

At his leisure, you will find Mr. Holliday attending an occasional Lakers or Angels game with his lovely wife Jennelle and two children Jaclyn and Robert.


Phil Deol
Chief Production Officer

Phil Deol, Chief Production Officer responsible for national production in all business channels. Phil brings with him nearly 30 years of executive level management experience in the mortgage industry. His background includes sales, marketing, recruiting and was responsible for driving wholesale, retail, builder and joint-venture production for companies such as Wells Fargo, Countrywide, Metrociti, and North American Mortgage. Formerly, Phil was EVP of national production and President of Metrociti Mortgage, LLC. He was also the founder and instrumental in successfully building Countrywide’s National Builder Division into one of the greatest platforms to date, while also serving as EVP of Countrywide Home Loans Consumer Marketing Division.

Phil Deol heads up all production for both our wholesale and retail divisions at PRMG, and is responsible for business development and implementing sales strategies to grow production in our journey to expand from a western regional player, to a prominent national lender.


Susan Cisneros
Director of Human Resources

Susan Cisneros joined PRMG in June, 2008 as Director of Human Resources. Reporting directly to Paul Rozo, the company’s Chief Executive Officer, Susan’s leadership, guidance and commitment to excellence have resulted in an impressive history of measurable benchmark achievements directly related to the bottom line profitability inside the organizations she has supported. Susan has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services arena with a particular focus on the aspects relating to labor and employment related matters. Currently in the process of completing her degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from the University of Phoenix, Susan is married and resides in Corona with her husband, Raymond and their children Alex and Jennifer.


Paul Lucido
National Marketing Director

Paul Lucido is the National Marketing Director for PRMG. He has over 12 years of extensive marketing background in the mortgage industry. Paul is responsible for brand management, including, design and print of collateral, email campaign development, trade shows and events, special promotions, trade association representation, and video production projects. Some of his achievements include several marketing campaigns that won Best Advertising Design 2002, 2003, and Best Advertising Concept for 2004, as recognized by the National Mortgage Broker magazine. His background includes forays into engineering and design, advertising / food and beverage / health care and financial industries.


Tricia Bailey
Corporate Operations Manager.

Tricia Bailey is the Corporate Operations Manager for PRMG and has over 20 years of mortgage banking experience. Ms. Bailey is responsible for the oversight of both the Retail and Wholesale operations channel, including Underwriting and Quality Control. Ms. Bailey holds a B.A. in Business Administration, Management from CSU Fullerton. She served as Treasurer of the Orange County Association of Wholesale Lenders and as a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association Fraud and Ethics Subcommittee, and has been interviewed for as well as authored articles for several mortgage industry publications.


Angie Roman
Secondary Marketing Manager

Angie Roman joined PRMG in September 2001, but has been in the mortgage business for over 18 years, and specifically Secondary Marketing functions for the last 15 years. In this role, Angie is directly responsible for the overall price direction, personnel management and market analysis of the Secondary Marketing department and directing monthly pipeline management of more than $200 million in prime loans. Her responsibilities also include Product Development, creating new investor relationships, as well as supporting and managing existing ones. She applies her secondary marketing expertise in regards to products, pricing, and execution with an overall goal of increasing production while making sure that the trading dollars are optimized.


John Ashley
Chief Information Officer

John Ashley is the Chief Information Officer for PRMG. John supervises the operation of PRMG information systems including network operations, security systems, information management, and telecommunications. John holds several industry certifications including Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), and holds a Masters Degree in Computer Security.
